Bella makes booking a vacation so effortless and straightforward. She advises on different options and how to combine city breaks seamlessly. We were able to do Madrid and Barcelona all thanks to her perfect advice. We will continue to use Bella for the foreseeable and have recommended her services to close friends and family now - so they are all getting the benefit!!

Isabella was superb. She took time to understand the needs of the trip and provided us with options that aligned with what we wanted. From that, she worked with us to narrow the list down and work through all options, such as location, access to restaurants etc. She also got us an incredible room upgrade, which was fantastic. She helped with things to do and also advised on public transport (and suggested that we download the BudapestGo app). She went to every length possible to ensure that the stay was everything we planned, including sorting out airport transfer to the hotel.

We chose to book our Europe trip with Isabella because of her extensive knowledge of the UK and Europe. She spent significant time with us in advising on locations and best routes to take (it is great to know how accessible Europe is by train). She was able to get us an early checkin and left us a note with some lovely home made chocolates from the hotel. Could not fault anything, and her communication was truly phenomenal. Will recommend Isabella to all friends.
