Hannah was amazing! She went above and beyond to do research on various different resorts with different price ranges so that we had a good range of options. She listened to what we were looking for and was accommodating when we needed to make a few adjustments. She delivered information within quick timelines and made the booking process smooth, easy and clear. She also communicated directly with the hotel to let them know it was our anniversary and everything was taken care of when we got to the resort! Working with Hannah was seamless and enjoyable and I would work with her time and time again.

Hannah kept in touch and all the transfers, schedules, excursions, etc., were perfect!!! Thank you Hannah!!

I couldn't be happier with Hannah and all the help and support in planning our trip to Italy! She listened to what we wanted to do, provided lots of options for Hotels, activities and places to eat. Hannah made the booking process so seamless. I am so glad that she selected the San Clemente Palace Kempinski for us as it was the perfect place for our stay in Venice. I truly feel like I wouldn't have enjoyed Venice as much if we didn't stay at this hotel. It really did make our experience in Venice staying at this hotel. Hannah made the concierge aware that we were celebrating the 25th birthday and we were greeted with the most delicious chocolate cake when we arrived. I would seriously go back just to have that cake again.
