Geraldine was wonderful! The booking process was seamless, she handled everything efficiently, did research for us on the best hotels to stay within our price point. Working with her gave us access to amenities we would not have otherwise received, the business trip felt less stressful because everything was handled by Geraldine, and we didn't have to plan anything saving us time. We got early check in and out, room upgrades, complimentary snacks and fruit. We will definitely be using Geraldine again in the future, and I have recommended her services to my network.
