Curator’s statement
I did a site inspection of Airelles Château de la Messardiere. If you want to treat yourself this is the hotel to stay in. Set away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to explore. This hotel has breathtaking views. I went in October which is fall. The weather was mild and balmy. The food is sublime, staff are attentive and amenities include spa, 12 hectares of Provencal-scented ground, lap pool and more.

My favorite part was relaxing pool side with sweeping view of Saint Tropez and Provence. The adults only lap pool, gardens and views are stunning, tranquil and what dreams are made of. Although this hotel is incredibly romantic, they do cater for families and do a good job of not interfering with romantic tranquility of those without kids.
The hotels has many dining experiences are all incredible. My favorite was a picnic in the open air in the gardens of Château de La Messardière. I love a view and this hotel does not disappoint. The sea views from the bedrooms were addictive.
