With uncertainty surrounding the 2024 Valencia Marathon, I reached out to Courtney with a short deadline. Nonetheless, she was very gracious in providing me with different hotel options, their details, and price and made booking a breeze. She ensured that I was aware of the monetary conversion rates and that I was happy with the choice before booking. I'm currently thinking of another getaway to enjoy, to book with her again.

Courtney took all the needs of the trip and made it super easy! The welcome basket that was sent to our room was a lovely touch (we appreciated it and it was not expected). She passed along information as she received it and I never felt like we didn’t know what was happening with our reservation or our trip. I will definitely be booking future trips with her!
