Christie is a great communicator, researcher and idea provider. Perfect combo for a travel agent! She knew when to work in email, and when to schedule phone time so we could get all the planning done in a timely manner... which was one of our top goals for using a travel agent. Christie was also great at listening to our preferences, helping us narrow down to the important ones, and tailoring her suggestions accordingly.
