Catherine is terrific! She is incredibly responsive 24/7 and an absolute delight to work with. She took care of everything expeditiously and got back to us to discuss any questions that we had. She made great suggestions and was extremely helpful and got us exactly what we wanted and requested. We left our last travel agent due to lack of interest and initiative.
