Carlie Fischer was outstanding! She enabled both a room upgrade and a better price than what I could have done. On top of that, Carlie achieved that despite us having to change dates and move the reservation around. That’s quite an accomplishment especially when considering the hotel was the VIP location for the SF Marathon! Carlie was terrific!

Carlie was really helpful throughout the entire booking process — from sourcing the right hotel for our family at a great rate, ensuring we had everything we needed in the room for our two kids (crib and kids shower amenities were ready at check-in) and helping us handle some tweaks to my parents' reservation during the stay — she was responsive, professional and cared about making sure we were taken care of. Would strongly recommend!
