This was my first time working with a travel agent and now it will be hard to go back! Working with Brittney was seamless from the start. I was torn on a few different locations and she quickly came up with 3 different proposals for me to choose from. Once we narrowed it down, she set up a wonderful mix of activities for me and was able to curate the perfect mix of rest time and activity time. When travel day arrived, Brittney checked in on me to make sure I made it safely to the flight, the driver, and the hotel, which meant the world to me as a solo female traveler. I highly recommend working with Brittney and can’t wait to book with her again in the future!

Planning this celebration trip with Brittany was like having my best friend by my side at each step! She had the right balance of providing information, choices and allowing time for consideration without being overly pushy while nudging me along. She was always very responsive and acted with urgency at each step. When faced with possible travel delays at the start of our trip she proactively reached out and immediately went into action seeking alternatives. She was sincerely just as happy and relieved as we were when we made our connecting flight. She made sure the hotel knew that we were celebrating my son’s recent college graduation so they could create a special acknowledgment open our arrival. She also extended an arrival note and gift. She personally checked in during our travel and when we returned. I felt like we were her only clients given her high level of personal service. She recommended a variety of activities for our visit that balanced our unique interests. I could not have planned this trip without her! I have already recommended her to others and would certainly use her service again. Brittany is simply amazing and highly talented.
