We recently used Andrea for 2 major family trips. She listened to our unique needs ,advised on options and provided access to unique suppliers.The result was 2 fantastic trips that left us with fabulous memories and smiles. I’ve been on two cruises before, one HA to Alaska 15 yrs ago and one on Carnival to Mexico but this is the only time I’ve used a travel agent. It will not be the last! She was on top of every aspect of the trip from airline flights, hotel stays, and cruise reservations. I cannot say enough about how well she took care of us. In the planning stage if I had questions she got right back to me with answers or options. While we were on the trip she fielded our concerns quickly and satisfactorily, even when it was on a Saturday morning. The entire trip was wonderful thanks to Holland America and Andrea and I will definitely be recommending BOTH to my friends and family who are looking to enjoy a top quality trip in every way.
