I’ve been on two cruises before, one HA to Alaska 15 yrs ago and one on Carnival to Mexico but this is the only time I’ve used a travel agent. It will not be the last! She was on top of every aspect of the trip from airline flights, hotel stays, and cruise reservations. I cannot say enough about how well she took care of us. In the planning stage if I had questions she got right back to me with answers or options. While we were on the trip she fielded our concerns quickly and satisfactorily, even when it was on a Saturday morning. The entire trip was wonderful thanks to Holland America and Andrea and I will definitely be recommending BOTH to my friends and family who are looking to enjoy a top quality trip in every way.

I would absolutely rate my experience as 5 stars! The booking experience itself was an incredibly positive experience, and I would hands down use an advisor again in the future. It alleviated a lot of stress on my end, and it was much better to consult with an advisor, tell them what I was looking for along with budget, and have them give me options than it would’ve been if I had done it all myself. I’m sure I would’ve been overloaded with information, and it would’ve been tough to make a decision if I had booked the trip on my own. Everything went very smoothly, and it made things so much less stressful to have airport transfers. One of the drivers that took me to Amsterdam actually went in the airport with me and helped me find where I needed to go which was drastically appreciated. The accommodations themselves were very nice. Upscale but still felt historic when walking into the buildings. The receptionist at Banks Mansion drew a map of things for me to do on my first day in order to kill time since I couldn’t check in for 5 or 6 hours. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and it meant a lot. Also the locations were unbeatable! Thanks again for all your help in getting me squared away, Andrea! I appreciate you!
