The way we dealt with Anderson was truly wonderful. He was extremely attentive and warned us about the weather forecast, which said it would be rainy, and he prepared us for the storm. Anderson's room was spectacular, because we were able to check into our room early.

Anderson has been a great travel agent to work with! He communicated timely and clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we would have the best stay possible. He provided recommendations for wineries, activities, and restaurants. He even went as far as coordinating with the hotel to have a bottle of wine, a note and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend his services!
