A Guide to Alpine Luxury in Northern Italy: The Dolomites
Curator’s statement

A growing request from my clients has been to explore Northern Italy's mountain region, a UNESCO world heritage site, known as the Dolomites. The Dolomites offer a unique combination of dramatic natural beauty and outdoor adventure, now with tons of luxurious accommodation options to choose from —truly something for everyone all year around!

Some clients prefer to add this on to part of their Italy trip (before or after exploring either Milan or Venice, etc.), while some prefer to make their trips centered around exploring the Dolomites region.

Whether you’re skiing in the winter, hiking in the summer or simply relaxing at a world-class spa, this region promises a wonderful experience. And, with the 2026 Winter Olympics set to take place in the region, you’ll want to get to the Dolomites before its showcased to the world and all the crowds and heaps of tourists roll in!

Here I want to outline a few of my favorite hotel partners that you should consider for your next trip to the Dolomites.
