Amanda made my trip so special! She knew how important this trip was for me and made it the perfect end to my vacation. Amanda was able to book me a beautiful room that also came with perks for the hotel, I was able to get free breakfast (which was delicious and super filling!) as well as credit for the hotel. In addition, getting a little note and cookies from her and the hotel really made me feel special and that I was really cared for. I would absolutely book with Amanda again, she is so caring and strives to make every experience the best possible!

Amanda is the absolute best!! She was so easy to work with, and on top of all of the details. With her perks, she was able to upgrade us to an ocean view room, we had $100 hotel credit each day we were there, $100 towards breakfast each morning, and there was also a welcoming gift! A bottle of wine, fresh macaroons, and a personalized note from Amanda welcoming us to the Fairmont. She could not be more on top of it! We had such a great time! So much so, we already booked another trip with her in the next couple of months to do it all again. Working with her is so easy, I would never book another luxury resort or room without her - ever again! Highly, highly recommend!
