However, with international flights from the USA, you will likely have some time in Nadi or Denarau Island, awaiting an international or domestic flight so here's a list of some favorite eats not too far from the airport:

• Nadina: Yummy traditional Fijian food. Tucked around the corner behind the bank and Indigo. Great place to try kava in the evenings

Nadi International Airport is small, with only one lounge which you can get into with AMEX Platinum or you can pre-book a flexible lounge pass. Highly recommended as there is really nothing else in the terminal.
