URSO's rooms range from comfortable doubles to deluxe rooms with views of the Villagonzalo Palace to Terrace Suites, which come with their own living rooms and outdoor terraces. All rooms have elegant neutral furnishings, antique photographs of Madrid, comfortable mattresses and Nespresso machines.

The URSO Spa offers a variety of customized treatments that use Natura Bissé and Comfort Zone products. The serene water area also includes a pool and eucalyptus-steam hammam.
