PenClub FAQs

The Peninsula Hotels is owned and operated by The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited (HSH) group, Asia’s oldest hotel company still operating today.

There are 10 properties overall: one flagship hotel in Hong Kong, which opened in 1928, plus hotels in Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Paris, Bangkok and Manila.

Fora travelers will receive exclusive welcome amenities, daily breakfast, a guaranteed upgrade, hotel credit and more. Plus, they'll be able to take advantage of Peninsula's flexible check-in / check-out program, a one-of-a-kind benefit that allows PenClub guests to check in as early as 6 am, and check out as late as 10 pm.
