One&Only Resorts is owned by Kerzner International, a global hospitality company that specializes in developing one-of-a-kind properties in unique locations around the world.

A select few One&Only Resorts properties — including One&Only Nyungwe House in Rwanda and Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley in Australia — include meals, beverages and complimentary daily activities in the nightly rate.

There are One&Only Resorts in unique locations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. Each One&Only property incorporates into its design and experiences prominent aspects of the area’s local culture and environment. 

For example, the One&Only Cape Town in South Africa is a luxe destination for travelers seeking an African safari experience in one of the country’s most celebrated cities. The resort’s oversized rooms and suites feature African decor, gorgeous views of Table Mountain and a variety of exciting excursions and experiences, like shark-cage diving and wine tours.

Hotel perks usually vary by location, but may include property credits that can be used for resort experiences — like excursions or spa treatments — or the resort’s dining options. Room upgrades and early check-in/out may also be available, among other potential benefits.

It may be possible to add hotel perks and upgrades to an existing One&Only Resorts reservation. Your Fora Advisor will be happy to guide you through the process, if so.

In most cases, special hotel perks and benefits are only available when you book your stay through a travel agency like Fora. You won’t be able to obtain these perks when booking directly.
