There are four types of Guest Rooms: Bay View, Beach Front, Courtyard and Newport. There are also four types of Luxury Suites: Bay View Suites, One-Bedroom Suites, the Governor's Suite and the Presidential Suite. ADA-accessible rooms are also available.

In addition to the onsite pool, guests can enjoy guided electric bike tours, hikes, Duffy boat excursions and paddleboarding tours. Guests can also captain their own Duffy boat around Newport Harbor or rent kayaks, paddleboards and bikes to explore the area on their own.
