Can I keep my existing client relationships?
Yes. You’re an independent contractor at Fora, and your clients are yours. They come with you when you switch—no reassignment, no restrictions.
What happens to my prior bookings if I move to Fora?
We ask that any bookings made under a previous host agency remain with that host, in line with industry best practices.
Do I have to start from scratch with training?
No, we respect your experience and don’t require re-training if you’re already established. Training is always available to support your growth, and is required to unlock certain milestones within Fora.
How long does switching take?
The application takes less than 10 minutes. We respond within one business day. From acceptance to first booking, most experienced advisors are operational within days
Will I have access to an IATA card?
All advisors have access to our IATA number from day one. Once you reach Pro level ($100k+ in annual bookings), you’re eligible for a physical IATA card.
What transition support does Fora provide?
Our team walks you through the switch—your timeline, your current bookings, and what the move looks like for your specific situation. You’re not figuring it out on your own.
How does Fora’s commission compare to what I have now?
Commission splits start at 70/30 and go to 80/20 at $300k+ in annual bookings, then 90/10 at $2m+. If your business is already over $300k or $2m, let us know and we can onboard you at the right split. And the split is only part of it. Compare what you’ll keep after you stop paying for the overhead—in time, fees, and missed rates—that comes with your current host.
