Curator’s statement

London is a vegan/vegetarian's dream city! In all my years as a vegan and vegetarian, no other city has come close to having as many unique dishes that are easily accessible, except maybe my home town of LA. This list doesn't come close to covering all your options, but it's a VERY solid start, especially if you are staying in the SOHO area.

*Note all of these places are NOT fully vegan/vegetarian, except Mildreds.

Places to eat & drink in London

The breakfast club outside View London

BREAKFAST/COFFEE

The Breakfast Club: Offers a fully vegan traditional English breakfast, and the mimosas. Note that the restaurant is small, so not suitable for large groups.

Caffe Nero: Delicious coffee and an even better vegan sausage roll

Bagel Bakery Bar: Offers a vegan sabich bagel, delicious vegan banana bread and overnight porridge oats. If you are a vegetarian and don’t mind the dairy, you can never go wrong with the classic bagel and cream cheese.

Cafe at Story's Gate: Adorable little hole in the wall coffee shop with a hearty vegan sausage roll and incredible coffee

Mildreds (Soho): Fully vegan, and adorable clean, European-style. The Passion Fruit Cheesecake is to die for!

LUNCH

Vendors at the Camden Markets: You can browse the vendors who will have a large assortment of vegan options for you, both savory and sweet!

Popup Market at Notting Hill: Another great option for street food with tons of pop up vendors. You can also get a handmade cocktail out of a trailer!

DINNER

Da Michele: Amazing pizza and pasta with friendly staff and owner. Note that you'll need to make reservations before hand as the restaurant is small.

Pastaio Pasta Restaurant: Enjoy some delicious pasta and vegan meatballs outside with the cool Soho Carnaby atmosphere.

Mother Mash: "Meat” pies, vegan sausage and mashed potatoes… delicious!
