Rhythms of the Night: This one is pure magic — a boat ride across Banderas Bay, a candlelit dinner on a secluded beach and an unforgettable Cirque du Soleil-style show inspired by Mexican culture.
Stroll along the Malecón: I love walking along this iconic oceanfront promenade, checking out the sculptures, street performers and vibrant local shops. It’s the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s energy.
Relax at Los Muertos Beach: The perfect mix of laid-back beach vibes and lively energy, with stunning views, beachside bars and all the water activities you could ask for.
Day trips
Marietas Islands & Hidden Beach: A must-do for nature lovers! This protected paradise is perfect for snorkeling, birdwatching and experiencing a secluded beach inside a cave.
Sayulita: Just an hour north, this boho surf town is full of color, amazing waves and super fun vibes. Great for a day of exploring and soaking up the local culture.

Pancho’s Takos: If you’re craving the best al pastor tacos in town, this is the place. The line is always long, but trust me, it’s 100 percent worth the wait.
La Mara: An absolute gem for seafood tacos — fresh shrimp, marlin and homemade salsas that pack a punch.
Fine dining & elevated Mexican cuisine
Café des Artistes: A Puerto Vallarta institution. French-Mexican fusion, a gorgeous setting and a top-notch dining experience. Perfect for a special night out.
La Palapa: Beachfront dining at its best — gourmet Mexican dishes, sunset views and live music to set the mood.

El Dorado: A chill yet refined spot for fresh seafood, great cocktails and unbeatable beachfront seating.
