Chris is an exceptional travel advisor! He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My fiancé and I were celebrating our engagement, and Chris ensured we were upgraded to a suite. We were also greeted with a thoughtful welcome note and chocolate-covered strawberries. His attention to detail made our experience even more special, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
