Things to do in Saint Lucia

A boat sailing in a sea with pointed small hills at the back.

Boat Charter with Hackshaws: This was by far my favorite day in Saint Lucia! I highly recommend chartering the Lady Anne to take you around the island for the day for some unforgettable views and snorkeling. They also have a full staff and provide delicious meals and drinks!

Pigeon Island: A beautifully maintained park with walking trails, beaches and a 360-degree view point from Signal Peak.

Castries Market: Grab a bottle of their local hot sauce and a cocoa stick to make fresh hot chocolate! Pro tip: if you are staying around Castries, jump on a local van and it will drop you off right next to the market for about the equivalent of 10 cents!

Sulphur Springs: Indulge in detoxifying mud baths from natural sulphur springs that contain volcanic minerals.

Hike Gros Piton: A challenging but worthwhile half day hike through the rainforest. This is definitely an unforgettable experience!

Diamond Falls: Visit the falls, jump in therapeutic hot springs and learn about the local tropical foods and spices in their botanical gardens.

Tet Paul Nature Trail: A short hike right in between both pitons with an incredible summit and panoramic views.

Zipline tour with Rainforest Adventures: They offer activities for all levels and ages

Any Roadside Food Stand: Ask for the creole bread – it’s delicious on its own or paired with chunks of their local cheese!

Jambe De Bois: Located on Pigeon Island, this restaurant makes you feel like you walked into your grandma’s kitchen for lunch.

The Coal Pot Restaurant: Go for the food, stay for the ambiance.

Spice of India: Some of the best Indian food I have ever had. Their staff goes above and beyond to make sure your meal is perfect.

The Cliff at Cap: For a romantic night out, opt to dine at their Rock Maison - a beautiful private dining area on the water's edge. They can even send you your champagne via a zip line from the cliff above!

The Pink Plantation House: The perfect option for a Sunday brunch.

Naked Fisherman: A relaxed beach bar with great vibes and people.

Jacques: Fine dining with a French-focused menu along the waterfront in Rodney Bay.
