The hotel was perfect for us and she gave us an amazing connection for a transportation service that was excellent for a wine tour! I could not recommend her more highly!

Erin was amazing. When we first approached her about what we wanted, we honesty did not have a definitive destination, just an idea of the type of weather and views we were hoping for. Within 24 hours she sent us an email with four or five options. We reviewed, gave her feedback and then again in 24 hours we had 4 or 5 additional choices. When we settled on The Lake House she was able to secure us a package with perks that saved us money overall. We had an absolutely wonderful trip. We would have never found the Lake House without Erin, we are so grateful for her services and expertise, she helped us book the perfect trip!

Erin was FANTASTIC! It was our first time using a travel agent and the experience she provided couldn’t have been better. It took her less than 2 hours to present me with several different vacation options based on the budget I provided her with. When I wanted to adjust, she did so quickly and happily. When we checked into the hotel, we were given incorrect information about additional fees and Erin jumped into action and contacted them immediately to get everything sorted out. We did not in fact owe anything extra, and Erin was able to assure us of that swiftly and give us a name to ask for at the hotel if there were any additional issues. Erin checked in at the end of our trip to see how everything went and was readily available to provide support when needed. Not only was Erin excellent, but the perks of booking through a travel agency are unmatched and I will never book a vacation again without the aid of Erin Salvaggio and FORA!
