Curator’s statement

My whole life, my family has owned and bred thoroughbreds. Kentucky is a beautiful state, and hidden among the horses are some of the best bourbon distilleries in the world. Having attended the Kentucky Derby several times over the years, I've had the pleasure of going to some of these places and tasting their fine spirits.
