Wonnie Baik

Wonnie is truly incredible—she is always so attentive and goes above and beyond every single time I book with her. She follows up on everything and consistently checks in to see if I have any questions or requests. She even takes the initiative to handle things without mentioning them, just to make our trip as seamless and convenient as possible. A perfect example of this was our trip to Garza Blanca. After initially booking our stay, we decided to add an extra night. Since it had to be a separate reservation with the same type of room, there was no guarantee we’d be able to stay in the same room for the last night. Right before leaving for our trip, I thought I should ask the hotel if they could keep us in the same room, so I reached out to Wonnie to see who I should contact. Of course, she had already taken care of it, and they confirmed we could stay in the same room. I’m a pretty Type A, big planner, but when I reach out to her with a request or question, more often than not, she’s already handled it. She’s always one step ahead, making sure every detail is covered. I wouldn’t want to make any complicated travel plans without her—she’s simply the best!

The hotel room was catered to our preferences, and the welcome treats were personalized to kick off the experience perfectly. I don't think I'll be able to plan any trips without Wonnie's input moving forward!
