She let us know he personal opinions on the area as well as what past clients with families had looked at or booked in the past. Communication was really clear and she was able to help my dad save a good amount of money on an existing booking he had made but found much better rates for him. Would definitely recommend and use Winnie again for our future travels.

Contacted Winnie 6 days before we decided to go on this last minute vacation and you would’ve never known this once in a lifetime trip was booked less than a week in advance. She recommended the One and Only Mandarina, which was somewhere I would not have been able to find or book in time and I’m so happy she did. She was so quick to respond and send updates. Also handled flights and reservations and sent lots of options which was amazing. She was so helpful while planning but also during and after the trip. Will definitely be booking with her again!!! Working with Winnie was a breeze! She took into consideration that I didn’t want stay at anywhere too fancy and was on a budget. I told her I wanted to stay near Myeongdong and she was able to find me the hotel I stayed at during my second half of Korea. She was able to help when I wanted to inform the hotel that we would be checking in late. I also asked if she could ask the hotel if it would be okay for us to leave our luggage there while we went to Jeju first before our check in there. They messaged back and said yes. With Winnie’s help, she made traveling so much smoother and headache free. She answered all my questions and responded to my requests quickly. I will definitely be booking with Winnie again!
