Our travel agent, Vanessa, has been truly amazing. Her planning for us was such a weight lifted off our shoulders. Not only was she considerate of what our children would enjoy, but she also made sure everything was convenient for us as parents. When we found ourselves in a pickle due to extreme weather heading toward us during our trip, Vanessa really pulled through for us and was able to quickly secure an alternative route and place to stay. We are beyond grateful for her and will be booking our future trips with her for sure!
