Tori was a world class supporter, who worked with us for months ahead to plan a perfect vacation. Starting with presenting us various resort and locations to suit our needs (first family vacation with an infant), she fine tuned a perfect itinerary with the staff at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. She put us at ease with all of our child’s needs including ensuring a crib was in our room, setting up private baby sitting, and ensuring we had everything needed. Even with multiple travel disruptions, she put our minds at ease with her professionalism, punctuality and kindness in her communication. We arrived to a special birthday sign for my wife’s birthday, and a hand written welcome note and gifts directly coordinated by Tori waiting at our room upon check-in. She helped arrange our incredible couples massage, along with a once-in-a-lifetime private dinner on the beach that had a 10-course meal served to us by a staff of 3 amazing staff on an entire beach front to ourselves. Our family was so happy with the entire experience, and our daughter laughed and smiled her entire stay there. This was a dream getaway made possible by Tori’s tremendous effort that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you!!

Tori was absolutely wonderful during the planning of my honeymoon trip!! She was a wealth of information and advice. Given that she has traveled to the location we were going to, it was amazing to bounce ideas off of her and ask for recommendations/input. Her communication skills are great and it made working with her very comforting. She was quick to respond to emails and even jump on a phone call if I wanted. Even when we were on our honeymoon, she was kind enough to check in via email with us and was quick to respond to some last minute advice/questions I had.
