Terri was outstanding. Changed travel dates last minute and handled activities as well.

We didn’t do much! She handled transfers to resort /airportetc. We even had a bottle of champagne waiting on ice in our gorgeous room!

We are so grateful to Teri for booking a 50th birthday group trip celebration! When dates needed to be changed and many of us needed to adjust start and end dates of the trip, Teri made it all happen ‘behind the scenes’ and it took so much pressure off all of us in the group. Any questions we had were addressed and we never felt like it was a bother. Teri enthusiastically dove right into our individual trips and coordinated with all of us so we could spend the maximum amount of time together as a group. Teri gave us so many options and always considered and presented us scenarios on how to save money throughout the booking process. Teri was also extremely understanding of different financial constraints within our group and set up payment plans in a tactful way that wasn’t shared with the rest of the group. That was so appreciated! I’m so excited to book another trip with Teri. We never felt like anything was a bother and we always trusted that Teri could figure it out for us and she did!!! I highly recommend Teri for her outstanding problem solving skills, excellent communication, discretion and sensitivity to budgeting, coordinating within our large group and her kind, caring manner. I truly believe Teri was our most valuable resource in making this special trip happen!
