I enjoyed working with Tanail! She was one of the best travel agents I’ve worked with in a long time. Very responsive and listened to all of my requests as I was traveling with 7 of my closest friends for my birthday. During the planning stages, she made sure to provide plenty of options when it came to resort selection and excursions. Payments were very easy and simple. She assisted during the trip to ensure we arrived and departed safely. Another thing that impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness. Tanail made sure the hotel delivered a birthday gift! It was icing on the cake! I have already referred her to my friends for their trips. 10/10 would recommend.
