Steve absolutely gets 5 stars for location and understanding what I wanted! When I was delayed Steve dealt with all the communication with the hotel and ensured I would have no issues when I arrived a day later than planned. Steve not only found me the perfect hotel location but also sent me lots of recommendations of things to do while I was there! This was not a generic list, but he'd actually taken the time to find things I'd enjoy doing based on my hobbies and interests. I was blown away by the person touches.
