Steve absolutely gets 5 stars for location and understanding what I wanted! When I was delayed Steve dealt with all the communication with the hotel and ensured I would have no issues when I arrived a day later than planned. Steve not only found me the perfect hotel location but also sent me lots of recommendations of things to do while I was there! This was not a generic list, but he'd actually taken the time to find things I'd enjoy doing based on my hobbies and interests. I was blown away by the person touches.

Steve booked not only this for us but a 5 week tour of South Asia. His suggestions were fab and the service he provided was amazing. He was there if we needed him during our trip and I'd highly recommend using him! I will be in the future! We changed a couple of his recommendations in terms of how long to stay places and all I can say is when we were away we said "we should have gone with what Steve said".

I booked my first trip with Steve for a quick vacation in Dallas — he made everything feel seamless. He's very personable, communicative and quick to respond to all my emails. Steve also made sure to check in with me a few times as my stay was approaching (even proactively alerting me of a new promotion from Hyatt Prive), and left a sweet note for me at the hotel (Thompson Dallas). I would love to book with him again! :)
