Stephanie was great! She was very knowledgeable about the property and how good it was for kids and families. The booking process was seamless. We even had a glitch with our arrangements at the Aunty's Beach House childcare and Stephanie solved it before we had even woken up the next day! She is very invested in making sure her clients have a magical trip!

Stephanie was amazing, she helped us research hotels in the area, she found the perfect one for us. She was very knowledgeable any question she didn't know the answer to she researched and got right back to us. This trip was for a 60th birthday party and Stephanie paid attention to every detail and made the weekend so special. She also had a beautiful cake and champagne waiting for us on our arrival.
