From roughing it in a tent while exploring New Zealand solo to unwinding at an onsen (hot spring) with a group of friends at a luxurious ryokan in Japan, I seek a variety of travel experiences that open my eyes to different cultures and help me appreciate this incredibly diverse world. I've learned to not cram a multitude of activities and destinations into one trip. Instead, the best experiences have come by immersing myself in regional culture, discovering hidden gems while on leisurely walks and getting food recommendations from locals.
