From constantly researching and providing multiple options for hotel stays to coordinating transfers at every step along the way, she was able to help us truly customize a trip of a lifetime. Sherlyn organized everything in an app before our trip and we lived daily by all this information. To have a one stop shop for all this information was crucial in navigating our lengthy trip. While on our trip, she was also available if we needed her. We may have reached out once or twice, but everything was so seamlessly planned prior, so it really was smooth sailing.
