Shelley was a fantastic booking agent. She helped get everything setup for us on time, provided timely updates and reminders for excursions and restaurant bookings, and was very knowledgeable about all things Virgin and answered all of our questions. I had a payment issue with one of the excursions and she helped me get my refund and resolved the issue very quickly.
