My core travel style is “Sensible Luxury” — spending the right amount of money on the right aspects of your trip to get clients the most value for their money, be it in hotels, experiences or tour groups. I know when to splurge and when to save to get the most out of your travel dollars. Personally, I like nice hotels with great indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities — boutique without breaking the bank. In addition to friends, those that you travel with or those you meet along the way, I think great food and wine are essential. While it is always good to build in some down time, I like to build trips with activity and adventure. I have a particular interest in history and antiquities and have found that good guides are worth every penny and help bring the places we visit alive and fill us with a deeper understanding of the places we visit.
