From the start, Sarah’s expertise and strong relationship with the hotel were evident. She went above and beyond to secure us a stunning room upgrade with breathtaking views of the Douro River — waking up to that view each morning truly felt like a dream. To top it off, Sarah also arranged two complimentary 50-minute massages, which quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. Her thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.
