Sarah was quick to help me book my trip with not a lot of notice. I appreciate how she selects a few options for hotels so I can read about them and choose myself. Sarah is very responsive to follow up questions too!

To top it off, Sarah also arranged two complimentary 50-minute massages, which quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. Her thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.
