I recently booked a 3-night stay at the Sheraton in Tel Aviv, Israel through Sarah. Working with Sarah was an incredible experience from start to finish. Sarah did a fantastic job researching and selecting the perfect hotel and the Sheraton turned out to be have everything I could have hoped for and more! The location was absolutely ideal—right on the beach, with stunning views and just a short walk to restaurants and transportation. It truly had everything my daughter and I were looking for. The breakfast was wonderful, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Not only did she confirm early check-in for us so we could settle in right away, but she also pre-arranged a Shabbat lunch at a nearby hotel. This thoughtful touch made sure we didn’t have to worry about purchasing takeout or navigating last-minute reservations. Everything was perfectly taken care of, allowing us to enjoy the experience stress-free. While each of these things might seem simple to book on their own, Sarah truly elevated the process. She provided great ideas, laid out all the options, and called ahead to ensure everything was in place. She made us feel like VIPs every step of the way. I highly recommend Sarah for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and thoughtful planning. This was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable trips I've ever had!
