I connected with Sara in Feb 2024 to plan my husband's guest surprise in Costa Rica in October. She was so excited to plan for my group. She was responsive via text and email. She communicated timely with each member of the group to ensure they were aware of the details of flights, passports, hotel, transportation and additional costs. She planned an off-site dinner for my group and we had an amazing time. It was the highlight of our trip. We were in the best hands at the restaurants thanks to Sara. She recommended the perfect reservations that aligned with my agenda. My group was so impressed at the location, the food, the service and views. Sara was great with recommendations of what we already had planned. What to keep and what to change. It made a memorable trip even better knowing some of the ins and outs of which your to book and timing of seeing different sites on the same day or moving to different days. Her help with restaurants was spot on as well.
