Booking was stress free. Samar did all the research and presented vacation options in a thorough table. She followed up with the resort on a regular basis and kept me informed on all the updates. She made sure that the resort staff was well informed on why we were traveling (anniversary) which was manifested by her personalized message in the room upon our arrival.
