Samantha Thompson

Samantha hit it out of the park, she provided a variety of options based on what we were looking for and once we chose the location she made our experience a breeze. I don’t think I’ll ever book vacations a different way moving forward! It was our first time traveling out of the country by ourselves and Samantha made it easy and comfortable.

Samantha did an excellent job before, after and during our stay. She was very attentive in helping us pick hotels, did a great job making sure were aware of and using our hotel perks and after all was said and done, even reached out to the hotel on our behalf to inquire about our seemingly late bill and to help us review charges. I would absolutely work with Sam again to plan a trip (and already have).

Sam anticipated the needs I didn't even know I had. This booking was perfect. Knowing how busy the city would be, Sam found a place that was still close but far for quiet and comfortable. She went out of her way to find the perfect place for me.
