The hotel’s charm and elegance were perfectly complemented by its prime location, allowing us to explore the best of London with ease. From our first interaction he was so personable and really took his time to get an idea of exactly what we were looking for to make our trip special! He picked the perfect location that exceeded our expectations and was within our budget. He truly went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled at the end of our trip and he quickly helped us find accommodations close to the airport for the night. I know it's weird to keep leaving reviews, but I would like to point out that I do keep traveling with Reid because he keeps doing a great job. This trip had horrific air travel delays, and while I do keep waiting for him to reach whatever travel agent status allows you to control the weather and fly all the planes, in the meantime he kept me apprised of all my options, advised me on what to do, and overall helped me salvage the trip.
