From the very beginning, Olivia took care of every detail, even thought this was a very last minute request. She was able to find the perfect hotel for me, right in the heart of Zao Onsen, with easy access to skiing. Olivia arranged restaurant reservations and transportation and I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-planned travel experience. Olivia created a wonderful Christmas trip in Napa we will always remember! She took care of everything from booking the hotel to making dinner reservations for us and we had a magical Christmas dinner. We were so delighted to come back to our suite after dinner and find surprise chocolates and a very sweet Christmas card from Olivia! We loved our suite and the festive decor everywhere in the resort. Olivia is exceptional at elevating special occasions in trips, having booked my birthday trip and now Christmas, she always makes it extra special! I can’t wait to create more special memories in our upcoming trips this new year!
