Simply put, EXCELLENT. Our group was already discussing our next girls' trip before we even finished this one, and we’re hoping Noelle can help us plan again! From the initial planning stages to checking in on us during the trip, and even assisting with an issue after we returned, Noelle was patient and attentive to everyone's preferences. The progressive wine tour was an amazing suggestion! We learned a lot about different food and wine pairings, and it also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Overall, the pacing of the itinerary was well done, and we loved the wineries chosen for the wine tasting tour. One suggestion would be to space the wine tastings out a bit more to avoid feeling rushed. It might also be nice to include a winery tour as part of the experience, rather than having all the stops be tastings. As it was, the tastings didn’t leave much time to explore the wineries themselves, and we were quickly on to the next. Another thought would be to consider booking a driver for the full 7 hours, rather than doing 6 hours with overtime. This could offer a more relaxed experience without feeling pressed for time. Lastly, while we understood that without a rental car, an Uber or Lyft would be necessary for getting to reservations outside of town, we did find that the distance and size of our party made it challenging to secure a ride. It would be helpful for future clients to be given a heads-up about potential difficulties in arranging transportation for larger groups or more remote locations. Overall, we had an unforgettable trip, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
