Nicole is so easy to work with and is very accommodating. I've used her travel advisory services a few times already. She's saved me money and lots of time in booking rooms and vacations for me. She was able to change a NYC room booking on short notice and gave some great recommendations for restaurants/bars to go to on our last vacation.
