Very professional and responsive! Gave several good options within what we were looking for.

This was yet another slam dunk trip coordinated by Nicole! The entire booking process was a breeze, and everything was ready for us when we landed; car arranged and hotel ready for us to check in. Nicole also helped us book our favorite activity of the trip - a catamaran ride where we got to see a sunken helicopter. There really is no occasion I would not entrust to Nicole to make a meaningful and wonderful experience, down to the last detail.

Nicole was great! I give her parameters and a budget and she delivers! She’s patient and attentive to our asks and only wants us to have the best experience. I feel like she pays attention to the details. For example, ever since I mentioned to her we generally only do King Beds for lodging (I like extra room!) she’s remembered that ever since and only books us king rooms. Might be a coincidence, but those are small details that I appreciate I don’t have to have back and forth about. She also was so thoughtful to ask what our favorite snacks were and not only provided one days worth, but one for every day we were there. All the extra amenities and perks she was able to provide for us was the cherry on top. Again, small details, but they all add up! It ultimately allow us to be stress free and make the most out of our trip!
