Nicole got us a an upgrade on our original room which was really beautiful and spacious. In addition she called and got us an early check in and late check out. We also got a $100 hotel credit and breakfast for 2 which was a $40 value/pp. Nicole even left us a personal note with yummy goodies --such a nice touch. We will definitely call on Nicole for all our travel needs -- she made it so easy !
