Nicole was so easy to work with from start to finish. She gave us a few great options based off of our budget and main factors when looking at resorts. She really helped with any questions I had throughout the process. She also made booking the excursion and transportation a breeze. My husband and I wanted a nice relaxing vacation to celebrate our anniversary, but we have been so busy and didn’t have time to plan it ourselves, so Nicole was a lifesaver. I plan to use her again for more vacations!

Nicole lined up transportation from the airport with an infant chair. Then during the checking process we were treaded as family providing us with drinks , setting up our restaurant reservations and gave us an explanation of all of their amenities . During our stay, all the staff called us by name and treated us like family. It was a great Christmas family gathering.

Nikki was great to work with on planning our visit to Germantown. She also made reservations for us at a great restaurant in Fredrick called Thatcher and Rye - Excellent!! Thank you Nikki - really enjoyed our stay. 😊

Nicole did great! She made it way easier to book and got us some great perks at our hotel. She also shared some of her research and experience in the area, which enhanced the whole experience. Nicole made us feel like we had the same inside knowledge as a local in the city.
