Natasha was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were quite undecided on what we wanted to do as a family over the Thanksgiving break, and were thus not able to give crisp guidance. Natasha took on board all the things we were looking for, and provided us with some great curated options to consider. Once we had settled on the final destination, Natasha supported us in all the ancillary items such as airport transportation etc. Overall a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend. And then the icing on the cake - we had an issue with another reservation, completely unrelated to Natasha. With no obligation to help. Natasha nevertheless stepped in and helped us quickly and painlessly resolve the issue - truly above and beyond
